We do as many surveys as we can ourselves so we get a full feel for your property, the natural light, service connections and structure. We sometimes use specialist survey companies to carry out exterior ground levels where required.

Let the fun begin! A fully creative design process to explore many design options. Sketching… sketching… and more sketching. Some projects require physical models made to further explore design options.

Concept designs are presented, with inspirational context, interiors, exteriors and materials all being explored. You, the client remain at the centre of the development and your input is essential. Costs are considered throughout, so designs are created with budgets in mind.
