Please note that furniture items do not comply with the “Furniture and (Fire) Safety Regulations, 1988” unless specifically described as being compliant. Therefore, as with any vintage furniture, these items should be considered as works of art rather than as furniture items.
Josh Thomas Design House cannot make any guarantees as to the condition of electrical fittings unless we have had items ‘PAT’ tested. Buyers are strongly advised to have such items examined by a qualified electrical contractor before use.
Credit / Refund Policy
We regret that we are unable to give a refund once an item has been purchased or specially ordered by/for a customer.
Should the customer choose to return an item once it has been purchased, we reserve the right to offer the customer a replacement item(s) or a credit note to the vale of the returned item(s), which can be used to make additional purchases from Josh Thomas Design House.
