Project: To re-space plan the ground floor area to provide improved accomodation with utility space, wc and garden access to focus of the distant countryside views.

Features & Thinking: By rationalising the existing spaces and repositioning the kitchen space with large glazed doors to the garden we achieve a more open and light kitchen dining area with a separate rear door and corridor linking the existing living room.  Improved utility and WC facilities create a revitalised cottage without extending.
